Automate your solid phase extraction protocol with Gilson’s ASPEC XLi. Positive pressure elution eliminates the need for an external vacuum pump and provides control for fast and accurate reproducibility. After eluting or filtering, inject your analyte directly onto HPLC or LC/MS.
Large sample capacity (up to 108 samples per batch) and access to as many as fifteen solvents through transfer ports and additional solvent racks on the tray make the ASPEC XLi ideal for long-term, unattended operation.

Gilson’s ASPEC XL4 automates solid phase extraction in a small footprint. This automated solution conditions the columns, applies the sample, washes the sample with appropriate solvents, and elutes the analyte. The ASPEC XL4 also executes basic liquid handling tasks such as internal standard addition, mixing, dilution, and derivatization.
This four-probed, high-throughput instrument operates in sequential or batch modes and can be configured to collect single or multiple fractions. The ASPEC XL4 is compatible with standard extraction cartridges, which enables easy transfer of manual protocol.
